Marcela's Story
The path that brought Marcela here
Marcela has completed over 180 hours of formal play therapy training and has extensive experience working with children and teens experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, mood concerns, attachment challenges, trauma, and stress. She also works closely with parents and caregivers to help them better understand and support their children. Marcela believes therapy can be meaningful while still making room for creativity, connection, and fun.
In her work with adults, Marcela supports individuals navigating anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress, life transitions, work-life balance, and relationship concerns. Her approach is compassionate and non-judgmental, with a focus on helping clients develop insight, practical coping strategies, and meaningful change.
